The Congress was led for the first time by the new Board and by the new secretary of the organization. Traditionally, the situation in the dealer industry on domestic markets was presented at the congress. For the first time a representative of Ireland took part in the congress. Moreover, the participants got acquainted with the results of the industry report and the dealer satisfaction index. During the meeting, the challenges for the organization for the future were also discussed, the budget and past membership rates that will apply from 2023 were established.
