Manure Spreader Euromilk Buffalo RX 2400 HD-

13.07.2019

The company EUROMILK presents one of the largest models of spreaders in its range – EM Buffalo RX 2400 HD. The spreader, of an impressive capacity of 24.2 m3 and load bearing capacity of 20 tonnes, was equipped with a hydraulically forced tridem torsional suspension, and this additionally increased quality and performance properties of the machine.

Buffalo models from the HD series are constructed with an exceptional precision, from materials of the highest quality. In a process of their production, 6 mm thick high quality steel S355J2+N and increased resistance to wear. Before coating, the spreader underwent sandblasting process, which will ensure its excellent resistance to corrosion. The machine was designed to work in the most difficult conditions – it will perform excellently on large farms, which put speed and quality of performed work first. Depending on configuration, the spreader may be used to transport manure, lime or poultry litter, and after its conversion to a capacity trailer, also to transport harvested crops, including maize.

Buffalo RX 2400 HD with 650/55-R26,5 BKT tyres is 10.31 m long, 3.01 m wide, with loading height of 2.96 m, and its total height with top extension may reach up to 3.55 m. The standard version is equipped with a wide 2.25 m high vertical HD adapter characterised by its robust design, wide rollers of Ø 324 mm in diameter and a reinforced gearbox. An important part in its box is a chain conveyor of 18 mm in diameter, and holding force exceeding 33 tonnes, with a dense transverse strip of closed profile. The spreader is also equipped with: pneumatic brakes, hydraulic scissor support foot folding in the drawbar, and LED lights. As optional equipment of RX 2400 HD, we propose the following solutions: a wide-angle power take-off, a hydraulic box damper (so-called ‘guillotine’), a drawbar with two shock absorbers, deflectors controlling the spreading width, electronically controlled mudguards, central lubrication, two-pole belt gearbox, rotating beacon, and hydraulically opened extensions for maize (an option rarely used by the competitors). The spreader is also equipped with a hydraulically forced tridem torsional suspension. The pivoting axles of this type are an important securing component, as they keep the machine in the tractor driving line, and improve the general stability of the vehicle.
