The slogan of this event – leaders in every field – announces new challenges.

For two decades the factory in Płock has produced yellow combine harvesters and agricultural equipment, being one of the pillars of agriculture in Poland and contributing to development of its region – both in the context of investments and employment.

The consequence of the position held by CNH Industrial in the local and global market is its permanent focus on investments in the field of development of production process, as well as ongoing introduction of innovation and new technologies – also on the new area of the factory. – The position of a leader, obtained by the New Holland brand during these two decades, obligates us to continuous search for challenges. The consequence of this strategy is opening of the most modern production line in the factory in Płock. CX combine harvesters will be manufactured here, that has enjoyed undying trust of farmers for many years, said Giacomo Stella, Director of the Factory, Member of the Management Board of CNH Industrial sp. z o.o. This will influence both employment in the factory, and the effectiveness of production. This is very positive information, he added.

The factory of CNH Industrial Polska in Płock has operated since 1998, developing the heritage of more than one hundred years long tradition of production of agricultural machines in this town – also of the previously operating harvesting machinery factory Fabryka Maszyn Żniwnych, that produced the famous combine harvester Bizon. The first combine harvester New Holland TC was produced here in autumn 1998. From this moment the process of modernisation of machines produced in the factory has continued – through investments of CNH Industrial in the area of R&D. Owing to this, the factory in Płock successfully manufactures combine harvesters as the only production plant in Poland, effectively influencing development of this line of trade. – The machinery factory New Holland has implemented the positive traditions for years, that were shaped in this region by the heritage of production of Bizon combine harvesters, said Adam Sulak, Brand Director of New Holland AG in Poland, Member of the Management Board of CNH Industrial in Poland. – Combination of valuable history with innovative approach to production of every detail of the machine is our recipe for success. The fact that we can proudly announce it today is a reason of great satisfaction, but it is also a motivator. The leader’s position entails responsibility. The plans we have presented today prove that we do not stop and we are ready for next successful years, he added.

Agriculture is presently one of the key pillars of domestic economy. Poland is an important producer of cereals, vegetables and fruit, as well as meat. – As manufacturers of agricultural machines we observe with satisfaction the increase of investment in innovation, new technologies and modernisation of farms.  We face up to these tendencies, continuously introducing new solutions to the produced machines New Holland, said Adam Sulak.
