John Deere is strengthening its presence in Poland by growing its Business Service Center in Poznan from 20 to 120 employees. The multi-functional Business Service Center (BSC) will support John Deere’s European factories and facilities in various areas such as Finance & Accounting, Human Resources, Order Fulfillment, Aftermarket Support, Sales & Marketing, etc.

In December 2017 the BSC Team, which is currently located at our Polish John Deere Sales Branch, will move to the Business Garden office complex, in immediate proximity to downtown Poznan. All employees will continue to operate under one legal entity, John Deere Polska Sp. z o.o.
John Deere made a conscious decision to stay committed to Poznan when choosing the BSC location. Reputable companies from various business sectors already operate their service centers from there, as Poznan is one of the leading cities in the business service industry. Companies benefit from an excellent infrastructure and the availability of well-educated professionals.
„With this investment in Poznan we continue to demonstrate our commitment to Poland, where we are already very successful in the Ag machinery market”, commented Christoph Wigger, John Deere Vice President Sales & Marketing, Region 2. „Furthermore, Poznan offers through the network of universities an excellent talent pool and is geographically very well located within the European Union.”
The new John Deere Business Service Center at the Business Garden, Poznan will be opened officially on December 11th, 2017. The recruitment of new employees will continue in 2018.
