On 25 October 2017 the Council of the Polish Chamber of Commerce of Agricultural Machines and Facilities decided to change the date of next September’s AGRO SHOW and resign from the organization of the event on Monday. This decision was taken after years of discussions inside the Chamber and many requests from exhibitors.
Starting from 2018 AGRO SHOW will be held from Thursday to Sunday, not from Friday to Monday. So in the coming year it will be September 20-23 (Thursday-Sunday), not September 21-24 (Friday-Monday).
We still remain in the formula of a four-day, comprehensive fair event, which takes place at the airport in Bednary. Of course there will be demonstrations of machines at work, Agro Debates, as well as other permanent points of the program, including attractions and facilities for visitors.
Thursday will become a special “professional day”. This day will be dedicated primarily to the broadly understood business, ie entrepreneurs representing companies from the agricultural sector, representatives of producer groups, journalists, and key customers of the companies present at the exhibition. Certainly Thursday will be the best day for getting to know new offers and news and establishing new business contacts. The entrance to the exhibition on this day will be free, as on all other days of the exhibition.
Friday will remain a “day for schools” – here we first invite pupils, students and teachers of subjects and fields related to agriculture, especially with the mechanics of agriculture. Among the main attractions will be the Educational Path and the finals of the “Young Mechanic Medal” and “Mechanik Medal” competitions.
Saturday and Sunday will traditionally be “days for all visitors”, during which everyone will be able to find something for themselves, get acquainted with the offerings of exhibitors, compare them and spend time efficiently.
