In the last days of June a CLIMMAR working meeting was held. It was devoted to several topics and lasted 2 days. Due to other responsibilities and pre-planned activities, we were present only on the first day when we discussed topic analysis and research and DSI (dealer satisfaction index).
We particularly wanted the interest of our colleagues to create a common index that would reflect our survey of moods in the agricultural machinery and equipment industry. As we have stated, this is a good idea and soon CLIMMAR will create a project of similar index, which will be an extension of the current analysis of trends and market forecasts.
Another topic was the dealer satisfaction survey. The study was conducted for the first time online, so each country provided feedback to improve the project in the future. The results and the presentation of the presentation at the CLIMMAR congress will be presented in the autumn.
