BIN – 2021 new products

05.01.2021

In 2020, BIN celebrated its 30th anniversary, and on this occasion it launched corrugated sheet silos, including 30 models!

Silos with a capacity of 500 to 5,000 tons are up to 19 meters in diameter, and the highest is 26 meters high. They can be equipped with a steel or concrete floor. The steel floor is perforated on the entire surface and can be placed on concrete blocks or on a steel grate that allows the assembly of a conveyor with a capacity of up to 150 t / h. An alternative to the steel floor is a concrete floor with ventilation channels and a technological channel for the unloading conveyor. The silos can be fitted with a multi-point probe for measuring grain temperature, and the ventilation system used enables its cooling and drying. With such large loads, it is also important to carry out an efficient process of loading and unloading the silo, which is ensured by the available mechanization devices. When designing, great emphasis was placed on comfort and safety of use. A safety channel has been designed as an alternative unloading method, wide and safe service platforms and a convenient bottom hatch.

The second new product offered by BIN are retention tanks for water storage, which were created in response to the problems of farmers struggling with drought.

Tanks for water drawn from your own well or collected rainwater can help irrigate your crops and create a high-capacity irrigation system. They have a capacity of 59 m3 to 356 m3. The main recipients of the tanks are producers of vegetables and fruit.

To finance the purchase of such a tank, farmers can apply for a subsidy from the ARMA under the RDP for investments in farm irrigation. The current call for applications lasts until January 28, 2021.
