CLIMMAR is an international association of agricultural machinery dealerships from 16 European countries. The Polish Chamber of Commerce of Agricultural Machines and Facilities is one of the members of CLIMMAR.
This year’s theme of the congress was problems related to vocational education in the agricultural machinery and equipment sector. As it turns out, this is a problem not only in Poland, but practically to a greater or lesser extent in every country represented in CLIMMAR. The subject of the work was to define the basic problems related to education in the industry. The next stage will be to develop a common stance in this field and to take joint steps to broaden the exchange of experiences, knowledge, good practices and promotion of professions related to the mechanization of agriculture.
During the congress, each country has traditionally presented the main problems affecting the machine and equipment industry and agriculture.

There were oalso presented the results of joint research conducted within the organization: the dealer satisfaction index and the industry report, including, for the first time, CLIMMAR INDEX, which reflects the mood in the industry of agricultural machinery and equipment dealerships in Europe.
Final documents were presented, which present the position of the organization in the subject of intelligent agriculture and the relationship between the dealer and the machine manufacturer.
