The survey has been conducted for several years by CLIMMAR – an international organization of agricultural machinery dealers.
The purpose of the survey is to gather the views of dealers in different countries about tractor manufacturers. The following factors are assessed: brand image and its strength, marketing, quality of after-sales service and warranty, IT service, quality of promotional materials and others. The results are an important source of information for tractor manufacturers and importers. Thanks to them, they can easily define their strengths as well as elements that require improvement in relations with dealers.
This year’s survey was sent to over 150 dealerships in Poland. The collection of the results will last until May 25 this year.
