We are happy to inform that on a beautiful sunny Sunday, 17 September 2023, CNH Industrial in Płock had a pleasure and honour to have its employees and their families at the Family Day picnic at the Factory premises in Płock. A packed agenda and recollection of the previous event attracted over 2500 people (excluding those responsible for the service)!
Plenty of attractions were prepared for the guests. Another great surprise was an exhibition of agricultural machines under three CNH Industrial brands, i.e., Case IH, New Holland and Steyr, and real treasures – vintage combine harvesters Vistula and Bizon, who returned “home”, their mother factory, after years of work in Polish fields. Definitely, one of the most interesting attractions was an opportunity to visit the factory, to see how our combine harvesters, presses and headers are produced. It was a unique opportunity to visit production halls and see the production process for machines manufactured in Płock, from a sheet of metal up to a final product.
‘I am very happy to see so many of our employees with their families, who have an opportunity to show to their kin our plant, who we are, and what we are doing. We have many things to be proud of, as our factory is the only one in Poland manufacturing grain combine harvesters working in fields all over the world. I hope that it was an unforgettable event for everybody, which will be recalled with the smile in the future’. we were told by Leszek Kaczmarek, Director of the Factory in Płock.
The beautiful weather was favourable for having fun and visiting stands of all our brands. Everybody could take a closer look at machines manufactured at the plant in Płock.
‘Preparing for this event was a real challenge, but we wanted to thank all employees for their hard and very responsible work. Each day, products of the highest quality leave our plant, thanks to commitment of each of the factory employees,’ emphasised Paweł Tomaszewsski, HR Manager at CNH Industrial.
The attractions prepared specially for the youngest participants were highly popular among them, and included inflatable slides, merry-go-rounds, mini golf, energy bikes, the eurobungee, stands for painting faces, braiding hairs, painting textile bags, and making wax wraps, motorbike ride simulator MOTOGP with Aprilia RS600 connected, and numerous competitions with awards, e.g. hobby horse races or a family tournament, hosted by Irek Bieleninik. We also were visited by Kacper Łobodziński, a speedway rider from GKM Grudziądz, who proudly presented the Case IH logo on his garments and motorcycle, used during speedway and sports competitions on a daily basis. The entire event was crowned with a concert of the Polish singer CLEO, which was an unforgettable moment, especially for her young fans.
