OPERATION:

Trans-eXpress loading baskets, originally intended for transporting grain from agricultural trailers to a truck, served as the basis for the design of this new conveyor. The augers are replaced by a 2.45 m wide belt conveyor.

The conveyor is used to transfer silage from agricultural trailers to a truck.

The TE3000 allows emptying from 2.00 m to 5.70 m height with a maximum angle of 35 °. The unit is driven by the tractor’s PTO shaft. All transmission takes place directly through bevel gears.

TECHNICAL, ECONOMIC, ENVIRONMENTAL AND SOCIAL INTEREST:

The Trans-eXpress 3000 is primarily designed for silage work. The trucks remain at the edge of the field and are loaded by farm trailers that bring the material from the forage harvester to the Trans-eXpress 3000 loading platform.

Tractors with trailers no longer run on the road, which prevents mud from settling in wet conditions. In addition, trucks with a larger capacity reduce the number of journeys, especially if the trucks deliver material to a biogas plant.

Depending on the type of product and the discharge height, the flow rate can reach 30 m3 / min.
